b) Physical Store
We maintain a retail outlet in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, where customers can directly purchase our products or make inquiries by contacting us at +91-88830-88344 WINLY.

c) International Exports
We fulfill export orders to international markets. Products are dispatched from our Chengalpattu warehouse, with shipments handled through appropriate channels depending on destination (India Post for most countries, alternate couriers for the U.S.) WINLY.

2. Your Agreement with Us

By placing an order, whether via our website or at our retail store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Disclaimer/Warranty Terms WINLY.

  3. Customs & Duties: Foreign buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, or customs charges.

7. Warranty & Liability

  1. Manufacturer’s Warranty: Any warranty or service claims must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer’s service centers. Winly does not handle warranty claims, especially for customers outside India WINLY.
  2. Liability Limits: Winly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Returns & Refunds

  1. Domestic Orders (India): Returns accepted under conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
