1. Domestic Shipping (India)

Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped within 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national and declared holidays).

Origin: All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu (India).

Carrier: Domestic deliveries are handled by India Post.

Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is typically 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

Tracking: Tracking details are shared via Email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Address & Contact: A complete address with PIN code and an active contact number must be provided. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned.

Order Changes: Orders cannot be modified once fulfilled. Address changes are only accepted if requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Multiple Items: Whenever possible, multiple products in a single order will be shipped together; however, separate shipments may occur.
2. International Shipping

Due to recent tariff disruptions, India Post has suspended postal services to the United States.

For U.S. orders, we fulfill shipments through alternative international courier partners.

Please note that U.S. regulations currently impose tariffs between 25% and 50% on certain categories of Indian goods.

All customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance fees (if applicable) must be paid by the buyer directly to local authorities or the courier.

Winly.in is not responsible for delays caused by customs or refusal to pay duties at the destination.
