  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown.
